How to cancel
Last updated: October 31, 2026
You can stop paying for SealReply at any time, by yourself, from the dashboard. No email or call needed.
Stop your plan from renewing
We never charge a card automatically. A plan renews only when you pay again, or when "Renew automatically from the balance" is on. To stop renewing:
- Sign in to the dashboard as the workspace owner.
- Open Billing.
- Turn off "Renew automatically from the balance".
That's all. Nothing more will be charged.
What happens when the plan ends
- You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you paid for.
- When it ends and is not renewed, you have 3 days to renew; after that the workspace moves to the Free plan automatically. You don't need to do anything, and nothing is charged.
- The free trial works the same way: it ends by itself after 14 days and the workspace moves to the Free plan. There is nothing to cancel.
- On the Free plan your chat widget keeps working, within the Free plan's limits. Sites and seats above those limits are paused, not deleted.
- Chats older than the Free plan's 30-day history are kept for another 30 days, so if you renew in that time, they are restored.
Changed your mind?
Turn the switch back on, or renew from the Billing page at any time.
Getting your money back
Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund the period you already paid for. If this was your first paid purchase and you paid less than 7 days ago, you can ask for a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Leaving for good
To delete everything, first export what you want to keep, then go to Account security → Close workspace. All sites, chats, visitors, files and team members are deleted permanently and the encryption key is destroyed. Any remaining balance and paid time are lost. This cannot be undone.
